How do I centrally connect my home cable wiring to a central antenna?
I am seeking to connect the 8 cable wires sticking outside my home to a splitter and then to an antenna in order to receive OTA HD channels. The splitting will result in loss voltage in signal, so I am needing a recommendation on whether I need a Amplifier and what type. I plan to install the antenna within my attic, which is located above my two story home. Any brand names or models would be greatly appreciated.

First I would use RG-6 or RG-6QS for all cable runs. Then I would make sure that I used a good quality splitter. I personally would try it without a preamp before buying one. If I were buying one, I’d get the Channel Master.
