Antenna Tower Climb

How does one replace an antenna on top of a 50ft tower?
without having to actually climb it or take the whole thing down because there is a power line only 10ft away from it. My exsisting antenna is too old to pick up a station I want really bad, which is about 77 miles away and requires a new deep-fringe HD antenna. Is there maybe something that I can rent or whatever that can lift me up there so I can safely do work on it?
There is no good news here. In the first place, a power line 10 ft. away from a steel tower violates the first rule for erecting such towers. I’ve done extensive tower work on microwave and mobile antennas up to 270 feet, but I wouldn’t go near your tower unless that power line was de-energized and tagged.
As for renting equipment, there are “cherry-picker” rigs available from tool rental yards that *might* extend to 50 ft., but that’s something of a stretch (pun intended). And again, I wouldn’t do it without that power line going cold.
