I am an amateur radio operator.I work as a volunteer in many public services.There more outlets for this hobby.Some things we do are to help train for disasters, 911, red cross, dog racing, medical and weather conditions and other Time that radio communication is necessary.Ham Radio works when other communications have fail.I a radio & in my house in my work car.Both with a car battery and we are willing to help, not almost every time.I phone.I with a cell'm able to call with my radio from anywhere.Anyone at any age is acceptable for a test license.It fun.With the right equipment it is possible to talk with others all over the world.I a few people who need to know spoke to the astronauts while they were away in the outer space.Some U.S. President and deserves some film and artists have their license and is the general discussion public.You might want to check It's fun being able to out.It, to help people.
